He’s got the lengthy arms on defense to disrupt passing lanes, get a number of blocks, and secure rebounds. He’s comfortable playing the wing using dribbles, passing, cutting, and trying to get to the basket. He’s taking and making open 3’s. He’ll play in the NCS Division III Chamionship Game

His shot-blocking ability came primarily from the help side, where his long arms and quick second jump allowed him to clean up defensive breakdowns. Perry’s timing stands out, and his ability to contest, recover, and elevate again makes him a real problem around the rim.

He’s in the process of establishing himself as a top notch prospect in NorCal, if continues on his present upward path. He’ll have to bulk up a bit, nonetheless he’s a long wing type forward, moves good, can handle the ball, sees the court, he gets to the basket, and scores in different ways. His size and mobility makes him a match up problems at times. He’s improving his 3-point shot, defending better, he’ll get his fair share of rebounds.

He’s been a rising prospect since the Spring and Summer, he’s on an upward path right now. He needs to get stronger, nevertheless he’s a productive long wing/forward with an improving perimeter game. He was hard to contain at this event. Rebounding, handling the ball in open court, solid drives to the basket, using his length to finish around the rim, he shot the 3 ball. He’ll block shots.

Perry had a standout game. The long wiry lefty seems to be comfortable snatching rebounds and taking off with his dribble putting pressure on the defense, he’ll go coast to coast, going up high finishing above the rim, and off the glass. He’s showing he can operate on the perimeter, taking defenders off the dribble with long strides and minimum bounces. He has a long reach to change shots on the defensive side of the ball.

After sitting out last season, (transfer rule). Perry had a good Spring. He’s a long wiry forward with a rising skill set. He can get to the basket using his dribble from different angles, he works well along the baseline, he’ll finish with dunks. He spots up for 3’s in the corners. He’ll rebound, then bring it up himself with good passing. He’ll get rebounds, and block shots. Needs to bulk up a bit.
