He has it all on both ends of the floor. At almost 7 feet tall, he has a good jump shot and, of course, at his size, does an excellent job at the rim. He moves decently well and did a great job all day protecting the rim. Jake is a good athlete and a complete offensive player. He turned a lot of heads today with his performance. Jake had 17 points and 6 assists in a win over DeMatha early in the day. Then, he had a monster first half against a terrific Highland squad. Jake's jump shot worked all day, and he was one of the most impressive players. One of the new faces is St. Andrews transfer [player_tooltip player_id='1782590' first='Lawrence' last='Brown']. Lawrence had a fantastic day doing everything. He is an outstanding facilitator and is hard to stay in front of. He is a solid defender, and he had a great day rebounding. Lawrence fits the small, smart, and quick archetype of guard PVI has had recently. He finished PVIs win over Mount Carmel with 15 points 8 rebounds and 9 assists. In an increased role, he has shown how talented an offensive player he is. His handle and speed are great for his size, and he has shown his ability to knock down jumpers. Ashton is one of the best shooters in the DMV, and he was locked in during the second half of this game. Ashton was near perfect in the second half and was a big reason DeMatha was able to extend their lead. St. Joseph against PVI. He had his mind set on attacking the rim and did it effectively. Zikam is a good athlete and skilled in the paint. He lived at the line and caused PVI a lot of trouble. Eric hit a couple of threes early in this game and played a near-perfect offensive game. Eric had 15 points on only 5 shots in a game that Bullis cruised to victory.
