We've already looked at the top point guards and forwards in the 2025 class, now let's check out the best of the best at the shooting guard position.

1. [player_tooltip player_id='1850299' first='Kaden' last='Powers'] Rainier Beach

Powers is a strong guard who excels in the midrange and at the rim, and has steadily seen his stock rise over the past year. He now sports seven D-I offers after picking up two this spring, one from UNLV and the other from Weber State. After helping to lead Rainier Beach to the 3A title game last season, he'll have them among the favorites to get back there again this winter.

2. [player_tooltip player_id='1450985' first='Legend' last='Smiley'] Garfield

Smiley is an efficient shooter from the midrange and 3-point, and has put in a terrific spring with NW Rotary Rebels. He's got a picturesque stroke and can nail the tough shots from each level, proving he's one of the best crunch time players last season. He's an underrated defender too and should have Garfield back in the discussion for 3A title contenders again in the winter.

3. [player_tooltip player_id='1450980' first='Martin' last='Kaupanger'] Annie Wright

Kaupanger has long put up big numbers scoring, rebounding, and blocking shots, but the athletic guard took a big step forward last season and this spring with his shooting. He's looking like a complete guard who has the size, athleticism, and shooting to be a real problem this coming year.

4. [player_tooltip player_id='1485543' first='Beckham' last='King'] Seattle Prep

King is a highly talented shooter with some incredible size and length at the guard spot, and has the ability to pull up and shoot right over contests with supreme ease. He's good at finding rhythm out of his dribble moves and has been making more plays defensively with his length. If Seattle Prep is to make a run this winter, King will have to play a big part on both ends and help lead this talented group out of the Metro.

5. [player_tooltip player_id='1850298' first='Romeo' last='Webber'] Elite Futures Prep

Webber has really smoothed out the edges of his game and become a better perimeter prospect with both his ability to nail the outside shot and create space off the bounce. He has incredible length at the rim and has looked much more effective and dangerous across the floor, covering more space, and showing he can operate with the ball in his hands and create.

6. [player_tooltip player_id='1450981' first='Josiah' last='Lee'] Glacier Peak

The Glacier Peak guard vaulted up the ranks last season and continues to raise his stock by showing not just how he can score the rock, but how he can lead his squad with other areas of his game. He's a talented player but also does the little things that add up to winning basketball and help his team even when shots aren't falling.

7. [player_tooltip player_id='1450996' first='Landen' last='Birley'] West Valley (Yakima)

Birley has great touch shooting from just about any spot on the floor. He's one of the top scorers in the state and does it off a variety of gathers and finishes, spotting up from deep, hitting shots in the middle on the run, and finding angles high over defenders at the rim. He does a good job working to open space and staying ready to fire.

8. [player_tooltip player_id='1984464' first='Talon' last='Jenkins'] Meridian

The tall shooter has really cemented himself as one of the top shooters in his class and his size only accentuates his ability to space the floor. He has a quick release, can make use of small openings, and has really shown some good improvements at the rim with his size and strength. He'll be a guy to watch at Meridian who could really explode this winter.

9. [player_tooltip player_id='1696634' first='Jackson' last='Pepper'] Selah

Pepper is a fast-acting, playmaker who can score the rock but also shows great vision to attack lanes and find teammates. He definitely plays with an attacking mindset and has no problem scoring the rock from any level, but he's also the kind of player who wants to make the right play and has great eyes to hit cutters behind the defense.

10. [player_tooltip player_id='1485586' first='Kenyon' last='Simmons'] Timberline

Simmons has been a lockdown defender at times over the past year, and he's also shown he can be a vital playmaker with his ability to get downhill. He's an explosive athlete who can finish over the defense around the paint or find the right pass with multiple defenders on him. He'll need to be a leader on both ends next season as Timberline loses a few key players from a year ago.

Next up: [player_tooltip player_id='1450991' first='Corey' last='Tita'] Kentwood, [player_tooltip player_id='1451023' first='Quincy' last='Scott'] Columbia (Burbank), [player_tooltip player_id='2173025' first='Alex' last='Pierce'] West Seattle, [player_tooltip player_id='1984449' first='Donovan' last='Gill'] (Stadium)
