The games began early in the morning with Mater Lakes (FL) vs St. Augustine (CA) and were followed up by marquee matchups including Corona Centennial (CA) vs Calvary Chapel (FL) and Branson (CA) vs St. Bernard (CA).
Tee had 16 points and numerous rebounds/blocks on Monday afternoon in Coronado’s tough loss to St. Pius x Matthias, 67-62. Bartlett was able to effectively utilize his frame and length to battle with talented bigs Douglas Langford Douglas Langford 6’8″ | PF St. Pius X-St. Matthias | 2025 State #314 Nation CA-S and Tyrone Riley Tyrone Riley 6’5″ | SF St. Pius X St. Matthias | 2024 State #152 Nation CA-S on the glass as well as distributing the ball effectively out of the high post on the offensive end.

Douglas had 19 points and a bounty of rebounds in St. Pius x Matthias’s competitive, hard-fought win over Coronado, 67-62. Langford attacked the glass with a fury in this one as he utilized his length, energy, and instincts to create a plethora of second chance opportunities for Pius that proved crucial.
Shon delivered a gritty performance on Monday night in Calvary Christian’s (FL) come from behind win over Corona Centennial (CA), finishing with 10 points and several rebounds. Abaev competed particularly hard on the defensive end in this one as he was matched up with Carter Bryant Carter Bryant 6’8″ | SF Corona Centennial (CA) | 2024 State #12 Nation CA-S and was able to hold him to only 2 1st half points and 3 total field goals throughout the game.
Cayden finished with 16 points and 3 threes on Monday night in Calvary Christian’s impressive comeback win over Corona Centennial (CA), 55-46. Daughtry put on an impressive shooting performance in this one as he provided a strong catch and shoot threat as well as going 7/8 at the free throw line down the stretch. He has a very repeatable shooting stroke, stays on balance, and doesn’t look phased when pressured with the ball — Daughtry is definitely a young player to keep an eye on.
Highlights
Jase finished with 25 points and numerous rebounds/assists in a dominant performance on Monday night as The Branson School (CA) defeated St. Bernard (CA) 71-57. Butler scored the ball confidently and effectively at all 3 levels showing off why he’s such a complete offensive player and impressive prospect. He is very secure with the ball, rarely turning it over, attacks the basket confidently going either direction, and can shoot the ball well from 3.
Kendyl finished with 21 points and several rebounds in St. Bernard’s (CA) tough loss to The Branson School (CA) on Monday night 71-57. Sanders played terrifically around the basket in this one as he showed his soft scoring touch in close as well as his ability to make a big impact on the glass.
