Rafiq provides a very steady presence for the Grizzlies at point guard, rarely turns the ball over, and always knows what space to fill on offense. He made 16-3pointers in three games, 8 in the title game as he and his teammates wouldn’t go down easy. A couple of those 3’s were from NBA range. He’s a transfer from El Camino to Weston Ranch.
