Jase was excellent throughout the Tarkanian Classic this week for The Branson School and particularly in their wins over St. Bernard (CA) and Calvary Christian (FL). Butler averaged 22.3 points per game and was incredibly efficient at all 3 levels. He also made several clutch plays throughout the week including 4 consecutive threes in the 4th quarter against Calvary Christian (FL) to the swing the momentum of the game. Butler is a tremendous competitor and composed leader who looks like he will certainly impact winning at the next level.

Jase came up huge in the 4th quarter for The Branson School on Tuesday night, hitting 4 threes in the 4th quarter en route to finishing with 2o points and 5 three’s in the hard fought victory over Calvary Christian (FL), 76-68. Butler spent most of the half distributing the ball and concentrating on the defensive end but came up huge down the stretch for The Bulls and completely swung the momentum of the game with his timely shooting.

Jase finished with 25 points and numerous rebounds/assists in a dominant performance on Monday night as The Branson School (CA) defeated St. Bernard (CA) 71-57. Butler scored the ball confidently and effectively at all 3 levels showing off why he’s such a complete offensive player and impressive prospect. He is very secure with the ball, rarely turning it over, attacks the basket confidently going either direction, and can shoot the ball well from 3.

Jase took over on Saturday to earn player of the game honors in Branson’s close win over Archbishop Mitty. Butler finished the game with 23 points, 9 rebounds, and 5 assists in a performance that showed just how hard he is to stop as he repeatedly hurt Mitty both inside the paint and on the perimeter. Jase has a mature ability to diagnose what the defense is giving him and the skill to take advantage of those opportunities.
