Regional Champs and POY Predictions: Regions 1-8

Heading into the season, there are several teams who can win it all and plenty of players that are primed for big seasons. Even if Mr. Basketball is already decided. Keep in mind that the player of the year has to be a Senior!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>First Region:</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Champs: Calloway County - The Lakers have the two best players in the region. As long as their role players step up, they should win.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>POY: [player_tooltip player_id='1763785' first='Lincoln' last='English'], Murray</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Second Region:</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Champs: Lyon County. They're deep and talented. The Eagles have a lot of pieces. Another region that has a lot of contenders. This region is WIDE open and could be won by any number of teams.
