His poise and all-around skill set make him one of the more intriguing newcomers to the 2027 rankings and a player that I feel Broomfield will certainly utilize this upcoming season. I like his game and think he will jump onto the scene early on. I like that Broomfield team, and he’s a reason why.

Able to swat shots away and defend the perimeter, Carter makes for a crucial spot on any roster. On the offensive end, Carter makes the most of transition opportunities, spacing the floor and hustling for easy layups. Coming off a productive summer of volume with Hard2Guard, Carter is looking to translate the momentum come this fall.
