Windsor Charter is one of those 3A teams who is always in the playoffs and putting their name on the map. They always have a big-name player who is leading the way, and for them this year it was Anderson. Anderson has overwhelming size at 6’9 and a steady and methodical approach. He has solid footwork, he uses his weight to get down low to his spots, and keeps the ball high on rebounds and goes right up. Anderson is efficient on the block and had some rebounding games that led to wins. He was also one of 3A’s best rim protectors, putting up 3.3 blocks a game. He put up 10.8 points and 7.3 rebounds a game as a junior, and we also got the opportunity to see him compete at the elite camp at UNC last week and go up against some of the other top bigs. This will be a year of him being the biggest player in the conference and getting plenty of touches so I am curious to see how he fares. I am expecting a huge year from him where he picks up some college interest.

took a massive leap in his game this past season, earning just south of 11 PPG, 7.3 RPG, and a whopping 3.2 BPG. Anderson’s two-way presence has been a crucial factor for Windsor Charter’s success. As his volume and involvement continue to increase year by year, I’d expect Anderson to score over 20 PPG in most contests this spring/summer. At a skyscraping 6’10, Anderson can shoot over virtually any defender in the 3A Patriot League. Going from scoring 25 points throughout the whole season in his freshman year with limited minutes; to attaining over 200 points in his junior campaign, the sky is the limit for Anderson who is a soon-to-be superstar.
Talmadge is a 6’10 big man who put up huge stats this year and made the most of the opportunities. His play led to some wins, as he put up 10.8 points and 7.9 rebounds. He’s coming into his own as a player who progressed along with the season and is starting to live up to the positive upside he has. His biggest mark was being able to protect the paint as he put up 3.2 blocks a game. There should be plenty of attention his way as he is a pretty big-time prospect that needs to be on more radars. He jumps in the Top-75 with his season, and we can’t wait to check him out this summer.
Anderson is a player who stands out in every single way. He’s 6’10 and that size is overwhelming for opposing teams. He uses his length to alter shots, and that was the difference in the game and why Windsor Charter had a chance to keep their season alive. He’s 6’10, moves well and is starting to come into his own. This was a game where his size was needed and he protected the paint. He made some big plays in the game and is a player who we hope to see this summer and Fall as he has a chance to really turn some heads.
Anderson made his presence felt for Windsor Charter with a strong effort on the boards, finishing with 11 points and 12 rebounds. He battled all game in the paint, using his physicality and effort to control the glass and create extra opportunities for his team. Anderson did a great job staying active around the rim, cleaning up misses and finishing inside when he got his chances. His rebounding helped Windsor Charter control possessions and limit second chance looks for the opponent. Performances like this make him an important piece moving forward, as his toughness on the glass and ability to score around the basket give Windsor Charter a steady inside presence
Anderson was a real problem down low all night, using his size and physicality to wear on the defense possession after possession. He established position early, sealed defenders deep in the paint and made it nearly impossible to stop him once he caught the ball. In the second half, he completely took over, doing everything he could to keep WCA within striking distance. He finished with 21 points, consistently pouring in buckets in the post and cleaning up the glass with authority. His presence inside demanded constant attention and anchored his team’s fight to the final buzzer
Anderson gives Windsor Charter something you simply can’t teach which is size, presence and reliability all rolled into one. At 6’10”, he anchors everything inside while averaging 11.9 points and 6.8 rebounds per game. When he catches it near the rim, it’s almost automatic, shooting a staggering 72% from the field. That efficiency isn’t by accident as he plays strong, under control and finishes through contact. On the glass he’s relentless, carving out space and making opponents fight for every rebound. Defensively he takes away easy looks and owns the paint. His consistency and interior dominance make him the glue that holds Windsor Charter together
