Expert Analysis
Duvalier Johnson | Prep Hoops Scout
Greene is very active defensively and is instinctive on that end of the floor, which lead to plenty of steals and transition baskets. Greene is also a player who gets to the rim and attacks relentlessly with tough finishes, no matter who is down there. What stands out about Greene and what translates about his game is his ability to pass. He’s a willing passer, he plays off of feel, and his play is contagious. He’s always looking to make the right play and is a spark plug that I feel fits every situation. Certainly on our radar with his play.

is a versatile 3 and D wing who can create space for himself while knocking down open looks. Greene has his head on a swivel with the rock, locating his teammates for easy assists. Defensively, Greene stays in between passing lanes and utilizes his 6’2 frame to shut down his matchup. Greene’s awareness is already at a profound level, with plenty of time to develop and grow this season. Expect Greene to continue climbing in the rankings with the Titans.

Greene showed over the summer that he’s a true jack of all trades, impacting the game on both ends. Offensively he displayed strong shooting from the floor and the ability to get locked in from deep, punishing defenses when left with space. Defensively his quick, active hands and feet make him disruptive, creating turnovers and keeping opponents uncomfortable. Looking ahead the next step will be expanding his shot making and learning to create cleaner looks for himself. Developing ways to free himself up whether through sharper movement without the ball, tighter handles, or better use of screens that will open up his offensive arsenal even further. If Greene builds on his strong summer showing, he has the potential to raise his stock and become an even more complete player this season

has established himself as a shooting guard who can dominate game in and game out on the offensive end. Greene utilizes his length at 6’2 to shoot over defenders and create space for himself beyond and inside the 3-point arc. What amazes me most is Greene’s positive attitude regardless of what the scoreboard says, which is a mental advantage that can’t be coached.

Greene had himself a weekend no doubt about it. He was lights out from deep and made sure everyone watching knew he could absolutely knock it down. It was one of those performances where you just sit back and appreciate the way he plays the game. The way he moved without the ball was smooth and smart he constantly kept defenders on their toes. He really stood out when coming off screens. Greene came off ready to let it fly, catching the ball in rhythm and getting his shot off quick. It didn’t matter if there was a hand in his face or if he had all the space in the world. Whether he was wide open or had a defender closing out hard, it didn’t faze him

Greene was without a doubt one of the biggest highlights of the night. His team was locked in from the start, and he was a huge reason why. Right out of the gate, Greene made an impact with three quick steals that led straight to easy layups on the other end. He set the tone early and didn’t let up. Defensively, he was a menace. He read passing lanes like a pro, stayed active with his hands, and made life tough for anyone trying to bring the ball up. Greene showed off some serious bounce with two massive throwdown attemts that got the crowd going. Between the hustle, the defense, and smooth offensive display Greene was all over the place in the best way possible. You could feel the energy shift every time he made a big play

bolts when he moves around off the ball and makes precise cuts to the basket. Greene always finds innovative ways to score, whether attacking the lane or creating space for himself from the mid-range. Teaming up with Phoenix Bittel this summer, these two are in store for massive volume and production. Greene is just getting his toes wet in the basketball scene with more to come.
