Braxton did not have much of a buzz heading into the event, but with his ability to compete and keep up despite being up against such a loaded team, he’s now got my attention. He moved without the ball, he got his hands on a few plays for rebounds, and he also got out and finished in transition, and that kind of play gains traction. I like the fact that he plays with balance and control in a game that they were certainly not in control of. Braxton plays the right way, makes high-IQ plays with or without the ball, and does not force the issue too much. He is a player who remained aggressive despite being sped up and overwhelmed at times. He kept making plays happen and will be a player to watch for the next couple of days.
