Clement, a lead guard out of the Newman School, checks into the rankings at #104, climbing 34 spots since our last update. A quality perimeter shooter, Clement has impressed this spring with his ability to run the show offensively. He does a good job of making plays out of ball screens, is able to manipulate defenders off the bounce to open up driving lanes, and seemingly knows where every is or should be on the offensive end of the floor. He gets into the paint at will and once there, can find shooters on the perimeter or finish with creativity over size. Defensively, he knows how to play within team concepts and does a good job of consistently being in the right spot out of rotations.
