About Austin

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m a quick guard that plays aggressive defense, I’m good at getting to the rim, and I can shoot from outside the arc.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

If you’re not first your’e last. I will do what it takes to win and I will always be the hardest worker

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am in unified club at champlin- helping kids with special needs. I am also in orchestra and received the award of section leader

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Having good chemistry with your teammates is the difference between wins and losses. I’ve worked at basketball camps and gyms where I’ve coached others. I take pride in being a leader, and have volunteered at my church.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I broke my arm freshman year and missed half the season. This set me back and took away opportunities for the upcoming highschool season. I’ve lost many family members and close friends

What type of college are you looking for?

My goal is to go Division one, and some schools I am interested in are the University of Minnesota and Saint Thomas. I’m looking for a school with good academics and a nice community. I want to be somewhere I feel I belong and where I can play basketball.
