Cedric just has a nose for the basket, and finds ways to get into the lane for high percentage shots. He’s someone who does a nice job of playing off two feet around the basket, not only allowing him to keep his balance, but also allowing him to pivot to create new finishing angles or to keep his passing options available. Even when attacking the basket he never looked sped up and always seemed under control with the ball. He helped lead his team to a 4-0 record over the weekend.

Cedric made one varsity appearance as a sophomore for Anoka, but looks like a prospect to keep an eye on over the next two years there. Running with Real Phenom, he showed a nose for the rim, and was getting there consistently off the dribble against E.A.T. Hoops. At 6’3 he has a nice frame out on the wing, and the ability to finish with either hand at the rim. Can quickly change directions off the dribble to get by defenders on his way to the basket.

He runs with Real Phenom Mason. Cedric has really turned it on defensively and offensively this spring. His length causes opposing guards problems and his versatility on offense makes him a threat at all times.

At 6’3, Thomas showed he can use his size to drive the lane and get to the rim for big buckets when necessary. Thomas also showed that he has the speed to be dangerous in transition as well. Getting up the court with ease and driving the lane for a key fastbreak layup in Real Phenom’s six point win on Friday night.
