rounds off this list of 2028 Stock Risers. He is a true Point Guard who has shown great progression during the AAU season, impressing with his ability to defend, score in the paint, and create looks for others. It will be interesting to see how Andre fits in at Seneca in June, because they are certainly one of the top contenders in 4A on paper.

rounds out my list of Eye-Catching 2028s at UA Grind Greenville. Seay runs with
Carolina Premier
Upstate Red, and I’ve been really impressed by what I’ve seen from him this spring. He has consistently been a high-level Point Guard for his team, no matter the setting. Andre is gifted with quick foot speed and is an excellent processor at pace. He is creative as both a finisher and a passer, which helps negate a lack of size. He also brings defensive effort every time he steps on the floor, which sets the tone for the rest of his team. Seay finished with 9 points and 5 assists in a win over Jersey Legends.

It was an up-and-down season for the Bobcats this year, but one of the bright spots was Andre’s development. He checks in at #132 in his debut, but he has the speed and playmaking ability to make a jump if he continues to grow physically. Seay never shies away from physical contact, whether that’s finishing through it or creating it defensively, he can be counted on to be a consistent source of energy when on the floor.

Andre got the nod in the starting lineup for Seneca to help with the ball-handling and defensive responsibilities in a matchup with Indian Land. He showed up in multiple areas in the box score, though, going for 5 points, 3 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 steals. Seay is a decent shooter and plays without fear on both ends of the floor. He is super scrappy when picking up the ball, which helps him make up for his size. Andre had some success against bigger guards, but overall, it wasn’t enough as Seneca dropped just their third game of the season.
