The event begins with three girls games, starting at 11 A.M. Bloom-Carroll plays Warren followed by Worthington Christian Vs Portsmouth Notre Dame and Reynoldsburg Vs Fairland. The boys action begins at 3:30 P.M. when Bishop Hartley takes on North Adams. Hartley is led by the guard duo of brothers Jaden and [player_tooltip player_id='1869632' first='Jakhi' last='Calloway']. The Hawks difference could be their size and athleticism against a North Adams squad led by guard duo of [player_tooltip player_id='1068243' first='Bransyn' last='Copas'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1958384' first='Jayce' last='Rothwell']. At 5:00 P.M. Olentangy Liberty, led by [player_tooltip player_id='1480851' first='Tyler' last='Kropp'], take on one of the top teams in West Virginia in Huntington. Minford, led by 2025 duo of [player_tooltip player_id='1432013' first='Myles' last='Montgomery'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1888322' first='Bennett' last='Kayser'] take on New Albany. After a tough loss to Olentangy Orange this week, I'm curious to see how New Albany responds under new head coach Tim Casey. The night wraps up with a great individual guard battle between [player_tooltip player_id='1833522' first='Caleb' last='Lovely'] and Zander Carter for South Point and Ashland Blazer (KY) respectively.

The second day of the event begins at 12:30 P.M. with a battle between Belpre and South Webster. Belpre returns a majority of their core from last season while [player_tooltip player_id='1432019' first='Eli' last='Roberts'] will look to lead South Webster to a district title and beyond. Then at 2:00 P.M. the lone girls game of the day tips off when Fort Frye takes on Portsmouth. The final three games of the day are boys contests and at 3:30 P.M. defending district champion Federal Hocking takes on Lucasville Valley. [player_tooltip player_id='1349312' first='Tariq' last='Cottrill'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1441535' first='Jace' last='Copley'] are the marquee players to watch in this game. Harvest Prep then takes the trip south to take on Wheelersburg at 5:00 P.M. [player_tooltip player_id='1432008' first='Brandon' last='Roddy'] is joined by some talented seniors for Harvest Prep while Wheelersburg will have a handful of multi-sport athletes leading their charge. The night wraps up with a battle between Chillicothe Unioto and Proctorville Fairland. Unioto got 24 points from Zeke Schobelock in their season opening win over Miami Trace and senior Newton Hoops is another player to watch for the Tanks. Fairland beat North Adams in overtime to start their season, Noah Marcum had a double-double and [player_tooltip player_id='2294841' first='Chase' last='Allen'] led the team with 24 points.
