Making his debut in the rivals national rankings last month, Cornett is starting to scratch the surface of his natural ability. A state champion last season with Westerville North, Cornett will go from a starter to a team leader in the backcourt beside fellow 2027 guard Tyson Perkins Tyson Perkins Tyson Perkins 5'9" | PG Westerville North | 2027 State OH . This winter will be an interesting one to monitor for Cornett as defenses will now be keying in on trying to stop him at the top of the scouting report. Cornett will get the necessary reps to expand his offensive game and show what he can do with the ball in his hands.
