Groveport-Madison has had some strong seasons the last two years with toughness, size and defensive unity as their main calling cards. Taylor will provide all of those things for the Cruisers this year and they have a strong 2028 core that’s been waiting to have their opportunity in the spotlight. Taylor’s addition could be what pushes them over the top this winter as they will again have the size advantage on the interior against most of the OCC teams on their schedule.

Taylor had a breakout summer on the Prep Hoops Circuit with his Nova Village squad. Taylor has a strong frame, good positional size and a good motor. Groveport-Madison has had a nice run of strong athletes and have had some of their best seasons this century in the past two to three seasons. Taylor should be a key piece for the Cruisers next season as his rebounding and rim protection will be important for their team this season. Small college programs should take a look at Taylor as a guy who can score on the interior and rebound at both ends of the court.
