Maybe the most improved player in Ohio from March to June, Tucker had a monster month of June for Summit Country Day and was incredibly confident with the ball in his hands. Tucker had some monster dunks driving down the lane and was getting by his man from the triple threat with success. Tucker has seen a spike in his recruiting interest and will be a main option for a Summit Country Day squad that should have state title aspirations in Division V.

I’ve seen Tucker play well over a dozen times in his career and without a doubt the best game he’s ever played in front of me was on Sunday against Louisville St Xavier. Tucker looked extremely confident on the ball, changing speeds off the dribble and getting where he wanted. Knocking down a couple of perimeter shots got Tucker going and he started playing with a different sense of aggressiveness and authority on both ends of the court. Tucker almost caught a body with a drive down the lane that ended with his dunk attempt just missing, showing how aggressive he was with the ball in his hands. Hoping that the switch has been flipped for Tucker as he’s always had a lot of natural ability and this could be the turning point for him with Summit Country Day.

A prospect who has always intrigued me by his fluidity as an athlete and positional size, Tucker had maybe the best half I’ve seen him play in the first half on Saturday afternoon. Knocking down a pair of 3-pointers on the wing and scoring off a pickpocket steal, Tucker helped Summit Country Day more than double up Waynesville in the first half. Struggling as a scorer in the second half, Tucker needs to be more consistent but he did have a pair of sweet assists through traffic and a late dunk off the baseline to cap off the win. 

Tucker is a prospect with a lot of upside who has shown some intriguing flashes when I watched him. On Saturday evening those flashes were a little more consistent with some standout self creation plays off the bounce. Tucker can finish above the rim and had an and-1 finish and a breakaway dunk in the second half. Summit Country Day is dealing with an injury to star Tim Martin Tim Martin 6'8" | SF/SG Summit Country Day | 2026 State OH and that’s forced guys like Tucker to have to step up against a loaded schedule. If Summit Country Day can get healthy and some chemistry leading into the state tournament they are still one of the toughest D5 teams to match-up with.

The most intriguing long term prospect I saw on Ohio Champion’s 16 U squad, Tucker shows a lot of potential as a slasher with his burst and creativity on the ball. Still developing into his talent, Tucker is a prospect who I think could make a big step for Summit Country Day this season. I have a smaller sample size of watching Tucker than most players on this list so he’ll be a name I’m sure to watch again before the summer wraps up due to the impressive flashes he’s shown me already.
