Another spring weekend is in the books. However, this wasn't just another normal weekend. The Bill Hensley Memorial Run N Slam is one of a couple annual can't miss events. Routinely bringing together all of the top Midwest teams across all shoe circuits, this is the best evaluation event of the spring without a doubt. As always, Prep Hoops Indiana had boots on the ground coverage from the opening tip-off until the final buzzer. Let's dive on in and start to highlight some of the individual top performers from the weekend in Fort Wayne at the Run N Slam.

It is really impressive to watch Cornett operate out on the perimeter. The 6'5"-6'6" wing handles the ball like a guard and is such a smooth jump shooter. He was excellent throughout the weekend for [program_tooltip program_id='2076263' first='NOVA' last='Village'] UAA 17u. The combination of size, athleticism, and perimeter skill makes him a highly intriguing prospect. Cornett is ranked as a Top 10 Class of 2027 prospect by Prep Hoops Ohio.

Having not seen Hahnenberg since last summer with [program_tooltip program_id='2400000' first='Indiana' last='Elite Team Indiana'] 17u his improvement was very noticeable to me. The 6'7" forward was excellent around the basket finishing in a variety of ways while displaying quick feet, a soft touch, and some improved physical strength. He was able to rebound against the big boys all weekend long. Scholarship schools should definitely be taking a long look at Hahnenberg heading into the summer.

Upside has never been the question when it comes to [player_tooltip player_id='2965213' first='Isaiah' last='Hill']'s game. Indiana's top prospect in the Class of 2027, and a national Top 25, four-star recruit, Hill showed off some of the top end of that upside at the Run N Slam. His ability to string possessions together that involve making a catch-and-shoot corner three, dunking a lob on the rim run, and blocking shots will always be impressive. Hill rebounded as well as I've seen him rebound against some very good competition as well.

Makun was one of the Class of 2028 prospects from Indiana that really improved his stock over the weekend at the Run N Slam. He continues to get bigger every time we see him. The Silver Creek High School forward is now a legitimate 6'6"-6'7" and appears to still be growing. He finished above the rim, rebounded out a high level, and showed some upside as an interior defender. High upside prospect for [program_tooltip program_id='2076451' first='D1' last='Indiana'] P32 17u.

Miller was a standout all weekend long for [program_tooltip program_id='2075761' first='Ohio' last='Buckets'] EYCL 17u as they advanced to the finals of the top bracket. The versatile 6'8" forward showed off his wide array of skills against some great competition. He can attack closeouts off of the dribble, use his size to score around the basket, and stretch the floor as a shooting threat. The left-handed forward led the way with 16 points in an impressive win over [program_tooltip program_id='2317250' first='Indiana' last='Elite 3SSB'] 17u.

You can always count on a high level of production from Smith. The 6'5" wing simply bullies opponents physically both on the perimeter and in the paint. Smith has the ability to drive it through the defense and make people bounce off of him on the way to score. They rolled to the title at the Bill Hensley Memorial Run N Slam with this highly skilled left-handed guard helping power their excellent backcourt. Tonagel is so good with the ball in his hands. He can shoot it from deep, create off of the bounce, and make plays for his teammates. One of the top Class of 2029 prospects in Indiana.

A standout forward for Breakaway 3SSB 15u, Wilson dominated the glass, displayed a soft finishing touch offensively, and impressed with his physical tools as a young big man. There is so much upside to his game as a 6'7" forward that already possesses skills beyond that of most taller prospects his age. Wilson was one of the best current freshman at the Bill Hensley Memorial Run n Slam.
