Way Too Early 2024 Mr. Basketball Preview

While there is a clear front runner, the award is not quite the slam dunk that Reed Sheppard was for this past season's award. Here's a look at contenders for the award.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>The Favorite:</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='939117' first='Travis' last='Perry'], Lyon County - Likely a heavy favorite, Travis has been a known commodity in the 2024 class for a very long time and will end his career as the leading scorer in state history and probably by a whole lot. The 6'7 SG has over 20 D1 offers and has played in every big event across the state in recent years in an attempt to impress potential voters.
