Headed to University of Pikeville after high school, Rigdon is going to do his best to get Pike Central to Rupp Arena next March. A high scoring guard that can get buckets and create for others, Rigdon is probably the single most valuable player to his team of any player in the mountains.

Probably the best 2024 in the mountains, Jaylan is a certified bucket getter from the point guard spot. The impressive thing about Rigdon is that he can flip the switch and be more of a facilitator for teammates when he’s got more talent around him. I expect him to have a really good college career wherever he signs.

Jaylan is a versatile scorer and a good leader who has had Pike Central in the mix to win the 15th for the past couple of seasons. Expect him to continue adding to his offer list this spring and summer.

Rigdon is a shifty combo guard that’s at his best using his speed to get in the paint and finish at the rim. Has great touch on floaters. Looks to get rebounds and push in transition. Capable 3pt shooter, but is more consistent shooting from the mid-range. Ridgdon is in constant attack mode.

Another lead guard that is more of a scorer, Rigdon is highly skilled and has already earned an offer from his hometown school of Pikeville. Long term, Jaylan will reach his potential when he gets a little stronger and is more able to finish through contact but he has shown himself to be a hard worker so expect those gains to come soon, if they haven’t already.
