Kentucky’s Top Unsigned Senior Guards

The season is on the horizon and several of Kentucky's top 2027s have already made their college decisions. Thus far, 16 of the state's Seniors have committed to play at the next level (including football players). Here's a look at the top players left on the board, by position.

Point Guard:

[player_tooltip player_id='2438889' first='Kamari' last='Roberts'], Fairdale - A shifty playmaker with a quick release on his jumper. Roberts will take a step back with [player_tooltip player_id='1751496' first='Ferlandes' last='Wright'] back in Louisville but I think he's at his best when he's facilitating and not having to force some offense.

[player_tooltip player_id='1745587' first='Elijah' last='Neel'], Ashland

[player_tooltip player_id='2960479' first='Carlos' last='Cruz'], Apollo

[player_tooltip player_id='2333693' first='Cash' last='Baird'], Lincoln County

[player_tooltip player_id='2326411' first='Amontae' last='Lowe'], Newport - Lowe is an excellent passer who thrives in the open floor. Amontae is quick and can score it but with [player_tooltip player_id='2272617' first='Griffin' last='Starks'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2141045' first='Ben' last='McKinney'] running the floor, Newport could become lob city.

[player_tooltip player_id='2124542' first='Darian' last='Shy'], Seneca

[player_tooltip player_id='2120266' first='Trent' last='Cole'], Harlan County

[player_tooltip player_id='1745591' first='Guy' last='Turner'], Somerset - Turner's future is more likely on the gridiron than on the court but Guy has a chance to help get Somerset to a regional title in a wide open 12th region. An advanced playmaker who can shoot it too, Turner is an X factor for the Briar Jumpers.

[player_tooltip player_id='2525393' first='Eli' last='Williams'], Apollo

[player_tooltip player_id='2125699' first='Asher' last='Gamble'], Morgan County

Combo Guard:

[player_tooltip player_id='2046738' first='Omari' last='Jointer'], Woodford County

[player_tooltip player_id='2969745' first='JaMylyn' last='Johnson'], George Rogers Clark

[player_tooltip player_id='2332028' first='Michael' last='Acton II'], Daviess County

[player_tooltip player_id='3557126' first='Jayden' last='Wilkins'], Newport

[player_tooltip player_id='2149144' first='Terrion' last='Mack'], North Hardin - One of the biggest stock boosters in the class over the last year, Mack came from South Carolina to North Hardin. With his length and athleticism, Terrion has earned attention from every scholarship level and just took a visit to Xavier in the last week.

[player_tooltip player_id='1883193' first='Colton' last='Helton'], Scott County

[player_tooltip player_id='2779405' first='Caden' last='Gaither'], Grayson County

[player_tooltip player_id='2900459' first='Brayden' last='Shepherd'], Johnson Central - Likely the best shooter on this list, Shepherd has a quick release and can heat up in a hurry. Brayden has had interest on the baseball field as well and could end up playing either sport in college.

[player_tooltip player_id='2121733' first='Brody' last='Little'], Belfry

[player_tooltip player_id='2125728' first='Xavion' last='Johnson'], Henderson County
