Cash is one of the biggest movers in the entire class after a really good summer of high school games and AAU for Kentucky Future. Baird moves all the way up from 71st to 35th and is likely not done climbing. Cash is an athletic guard who finishes well through traffic and is very bouncy. He has a lot of potential and could be a top player in the 12th region this season.

Baird is an outstanding shooter and playmaker. His quick release and deep range leaves opponents very little time to contest. He can splash three-pointers while on the move and off the dribble. He sets up his teammates for scoring opportunities with quick decisions and accurate passes.

A good driver and improving shooter, Cash had a strong Freshman season for Coach Jackson’s Patriots. Baird is more of a scorer than a facilitator at the point right now but he will only get better at running a team as he ages and gets more experience at it.

Baird shot the ball extremely efficiently from 3-point range on Sunday. When his teammates drove to the lane and found Baird on kickouts in the corner, you could usually add three points to his teams tally. With the crisp ball movement from his team, Kentucky Future Elite ran some nice sets for their shooters.
