With changes in eligibility, transfer portal, and NIL rules, there are more high school prospects than ever entering their senior seasons still unsigned and without a destination at the next level. We'll be profiling unsigned seniors across the state over the rest of the reason, continuing with the oft-overlooked central part of the state between Philly and Pittsburgh.

A familiar name as a legacy player and multi-year varsity contributor at CD, Easter will look to take a step forward of a senior following the departure of all-state guard Wayne Fletcher to the D1 ranks at Navy. Easter thrives in a supporting role on the wing, providing a clean complementary skillset to the Ram lineup with standout length and fluid athleticism. He's shown to be a capable catch-and-shoot threat out to the perimeter with flashes of creating his own shot off the bounce against a rotating defense. While a slightly different player, Easter is not far off from the trajectory of his older brother, who elected for a prep year after graduating from CD before embarking on a successful career at the D2 level.

The torch-bearer among his class at Reading since he entered high school, Rosario returns for his senior year ready to lead a storied Red Knight program looking to work back toward state-wide prominence. A dynamic threat off the dribble, he attacks with a blend of strength, skill, and IQ while smoothly navigating space and bodies within the lane. Rosario is aggressive in the floor game while thriving defensively as a roamer who can force turnovers at a moment's notice. With the inherent toughness and grit that returning legend Rick Perez is known to valueas a coach, Rosario should flourish this season as the engine of the Red Knight attack and it would be a surprise if the region's assortment of D2 programs don't begin to take notice before long.

A smooth-shooting wing guard, Shaffer has been a key part of the Abington Heights rotation for several years but looks to be playing the best basketball of his career at the right time as he gears up for his senior season. Having filled out substantially over the years, he's matured into a more fluid athlete as well, allowing him to more effectively complement his catch-and-shoot game with knifing attacks off the bounce. With nice positional size and a clean complementary skillset, Shaffer should draw recruitment from a variety of programs across the D2 and D3 landscape or could be an intriguing option for post-grad programs should he desire an extra year to bolster his development.

After leading Hershey all the way to the state title game last year in front of the hometown crowd at Giant Center, Sweeney is back for more and ready to quarterback a talented Trojan rotation around him. Quite literally the starting QB for the Hershey football team, he brings natural leadership qualities and vision to the hardwood, pristinely working the ball around to his teammates in proper positions to thrive. A capable scorer in his own right, he's a bowling ball working downhill while also showing capability as a pullup shooter out to the arc. Sweeney has rightfully garnered D1 attention already, but as a younger senior, he could really take off should he elect for a prep year while focusing full-time on basketball.

Turner more than doubled his scoring average while bursting onto the scene last year as a junior, and is now back ready to lead a talented group looking to make noise in the Mid Penn Conference. A native of the DMV area who boards at Milton Hershey, Turner is a wiry, attack-minded scoring guard with standout length, fluidity, and twitch. He shows a blend of skill and explosiveness while working downhill toward the rim, playing well off of two feet to finish efficiently among the trees. He can keep defenses honest with his jumper while also using his length and athleticism to make plays on D that create opportunities in transition. Still flying mostly under the radar, Turner could prove to be a nice long-term pickup at the scholarship level with upside left to tap into as he gets more battle-tested and adds strength to his frame.

One of the more dynamic offensive talents in the state, Washington should be a difficult matchup to contain for Lancaster-Lebanon competition. With standout length and fluid athleticism, the smooth guard is a natural three-level scorer with soft touch as a shotmaker from the midrange or perimeter and a deceptive cadence to his handle that enables him to work his way downhill and pressure the rim. He shows budding feel as an on-ball playmaker with a steely toughness while often taking on the most difficult perimeter assignment on the other end of the floor. Having drawn some sniffs from the D1 level with his play this summer on the MADE Hoops circuit, Washington will be monitored closely all winter by programs on either side of the D1 bubble, while also having the option of prep school in his back pocket should he choose to extend his developmental runway.
