With changes in eligibility, transfer portal, and NIL rules, there are more high school prospects than ever entering their senior seasons still unsigned and without a destination at the next level. We'll be profiling unsigned seniors across the state over the rest of the reason, continuing with the storied Philly Public League.

Kornegay has been a factor in the Fels rotation for years and now looks to be among the more intriguing unsigned seniors in the city as he tries to lead the Panthers back to the Public League title game. An athletic mismatch forward, he's at his best in the open floor where he can fill lanes and finish athletically on the wing but really intrigues with his ability to push the ball coast-to-coast off the defensive glass. He moves well off the ball in the halfcourt to position himself for easy buckets off of dumpoffs or offensive rebounds while showing flashes as a shooting threat from the perimeter. Kornegay's physical tools, motor, and burgeoning skillset make him a clear scholarship-level forward who should garner significant attention throughout the winter.

While still in the early stages of his development, Pannell could have as high a long-term ceiling as any prospect in the league. Still somewhat of an unknown even locally while being relatively new to the game, the emerging rim-runner brings obvious tools to intrigue even the highest levels of D1 with a rare blend of size, length, and natural mobility. He's already an effective rim protector with apparent natural timing and technique while showing capable hands on the glass or as a finisher offensively off teammates' penetration. The ability he flashes to step onto the perimeter defensively and bother opposing guards also helps separate him from other raw frontcourt prospects in his ilk. Pannell has begun to draw D1 attention coming out of the summer with the strong likelihood of a post-grad year to further bolster his development.

The most consistent piece to a multiyear build that now sees E&S enter the year as one of the league's primary contenders, Brown has been a starter and key contributor since he was a freshman, leading the team in scoring each of the past two seasons. What he lacks in size, the southpaw makes up for in grit, moxie, and on-ball skill. He's a dynamic scoring threat with the ball in his hands given his crafty handle, quick first step, and comfortable range out to the arc on his pullup. While he's been tasked with a heavy scoring load, he shows the ability to be unselfish and make proper passing reads when he draws extra eyes from the defense. While his size may hold back programs at the scholarship level from pulling the trigger, Brown is the exact type of guard who's been known to thrive at any number of the region's more competitive small-college programs.

A valuable contributor since he was a freshman and a double-figure scorer for multiple years now, Dubose has proven himself to be one of the more effective mismatch scorers not just in the league but in the entire city. A hard-charging downhill threat, he brings an effective blend of quickness, strength, explosiveness, and skill while attacking the rim in the halfcourt or transition. He thrived earlier on in his career based more on his physical tools, but he's shown impressive signs of polishing his skillset as a shooter, ballhandler, and playmaker while taking on increasingly heavy usage as an upperclassman. While a bit undersized for a wing or hybrid forward at the scholarship level, he could earn fans at that level through the winter if his skillset continues to sharpen, but would be a safe bet to produce sooner rather than later should he slip to the small-college ranks.

Davis has been a contributor to successful Dobbins teams since his freshman year, averaging over double figures since he was a sophomore, and now steps into a leadership role as a senior for the storied Mustang program. A jack-of-all-trades utility guard, he plays bigger than his size with compact strength, quick-twitch athleticism, and a high-revving motor. He's at his best attacking the basket whether off the dribble, in the halfcourt and transition, or working toward the rim as a cutter. Davis shows crafty playmaking feel as a passer within structure while setting a tough-nosed tone defensively with his ball pressure at the point of attack. He may not have a clear standout skill for the scholarship level, but could thrive in the small-college ranks with his aggressiveness and versatility.
