With changes in eligibility, transfer portal, and NIL rules, there are more high school prospects than ever entering their senior seasons still unsigned and without a destination at the next level. We'll be profiling unsigned seniors across the state over the rest of the reason, continuing with the Philly suburban schools that make up PIAA District 1.

Brown has been among the torch-bearers for his class across the district since stepping foot into high school, starting from day one within the storied Red Raider program. A defensive stalwart in the frontcourt, he shines with a rare blend of size, mobility, and deceptive strength that combine with a high motor and no-nonsense approach to make him an effective presence on that end across a multitude of positions. He's always shown flashes, but has played the best offensive ball of his career as of late, showing signs of putting the pieces together with an effective faceup scoring package and some ability to space the floor out to the perimeter. His continued development on that end will be critical to a Coatesville team with eyes on a state title run, but Brown's defensive abilities should be garnering attention at the D1 level nonetheless.

First emerging as a sophomore coming off the bench, Moore has worked his way up the rotation each year from a jack-of-all-trades role player to now a go-to scorer heading into his senior year. With standout positional size and athleticism on the wing, he's gradually expanded his game off the dribble to be able to get to his spots and create space to rise up for his own shot at multiple levels. He's an aggressive straight-line slasher who can throw down on an unsuspecting defender's head while also showing some slick passing vision within offensive structure. Moore also plays a tough-nosed floor game, using his athletic tools to impact on the margins. He's a clear scholarship-level talent who could even scratch the surface of the D1 realm with more consistent perimeter shooting shown over the course of the winter or into a theoretical prep year.

After a freshman year at Malvern Prep, Miller has been one of the more effective lead guards in the district from the moment he put on a 'Stoga uniform and is now looking to lead a Pioneer team with eyes on a district playoff run. A strong and compact dribble-drive guard, he has a tight and creative handle that he uses to generate paint touches with regularity. Miller is a sparkplug looking to push the pace in transition while consistently creating easy looks for his teammates with his downhill aggression. A streaky shooter from the perimeter, he'll solidify himself as a scholarship-level guard over the course of the winter if he shows to be a consistent threat to stretch defenses out beyond the arc.

Back at Cheltenham after a detour last year to Bonner-Prendergast, McClendon should be one of the more formidable frontcourt presences in the suburbs this year. Helping lead a Panther team looking to contend in the SOL and the district, he's an old-school post who thrives playing from block to block. McClendon shows a workable set of post moves to expose smaller players inside, while also running the floor comfortably for early offense and doing well to make himself available for dumpoffs and offensive rebounds in the halfcourt. His size poses a natural deterrent defensively for opposing drivers and post threats. Young for his grade, McClendon could benefit from a post-grad year but could also be worth a real look for scholarship-level programs with room for a developmental piece in the post.

A quintessential "program kid" for the Red Raiders, Chester has been biding his time and gradually working his way up the rotation since first suiting up on varsity as a sophomore. Now entrenched as a full-time starter for the first time as a senior, the lanky new-age forward should have plenty of opportunity to make up for lost time on the recruiting trail. Despite his height, Chester is most comfortable facing the basket from the perimeter, where he shows natural shooting touch out to the arc and flashes of passing feel that should reveal itself more with further reps. He's an active defender with an enticing blend of length and mobility while showing improvement in recent viewings in using his size to establish an interior presence on the offensive end. Chester has always looked the part of a scholarship-level talent but could wind up looking like a steal should he slip to the small-college level or may be an intriguing option for a prep or JUCO looking to extend his developmental runway.
