One of the more improved players in the state this summer, Rinehard has taken massive leaps since the end of his junior season and projects as a breakout player in the GWOC this winter. It always takes bigs longer to impact the game at the varsity level and Rinehard is putting the pieces together to have a solid senior season. His breakout performance came at the Bleacher Prospect showcase where he was one of the top performers at the camp. Expect small college programs to make Rinehard a priority because kids 6'9 and taller are hard to find at the Division III level.

Richmond Heights head coach Quentin Rogers is now at Euclid and taking over a young and hungry Panthers squad. Owens is one of the key faces of the team as they look to build themselves back as a state powerhouse. With impressive rebounding ability, a high motor and developing offensive skill, Owens is a name to know in northeast Ohio's 2026 class.

Ford is going to make shots no matter what team he's on and I've seen him do that for Nova Village's prep hoops circuit group as well as New Albany during the month of June. Ford has range that extends a few feet beyond the 3-point line. I have high expectations for New Albany this season and their depth of offensive talent with players like Ford is a main reason. It seems like their team has the necessary talent to surround Toledo commit [player_tooltip player_id='1943740' first='Marco' last='Mattucci'] with and make a deep playoff push this season.

Every season small college programs flock to watch NW Ohio because they know kids from their program are going to be tough and skilled. McClurg fits both of those descriptions as the lead ball handler for a Minster squad that has a dynamic point guard / post duo with McClurg and Hillsdale commit [player_tooltip player_id='1429557' first='Cole' last='Albers']. The MAC has state championship DNA year-round and after Marion Local came up short in the state championship game, I think Delphos St John's and Minster could be contenders this season.

A glue guy for one of the top teams in the state, Davis does whatever it takes to win. A high motor player who is physical, rebounds and is smart with the ball in his hands, Davis is a perfect fit next to stud prospects like [player_tooltip player_id='2125748' first='Joshua' last='Tyson'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2140178' first='Bryce' last='Curry']. A multi-sport athlete as well, Davis contributes for the Firebirds on both the gridiron and hardwood and is looking to make deep playoff runs in both sports once again this season.

A talented scorer and shooter, Trombley can flat out get a bucket when needed. Playing for a talented Emmanuel Christian squad last season, Trombley is at Anthony Wayne for his senior season where he'll play some tough conference opponents. I like Trombley's pace on the ball, able to blow by defenders or slow down and take extended steps on drives. What he does best is shoot the ball from the outside and at his size, it's no surprise numerous small college programs have shown interest in recruiting Trombley.
