One of the biggest stock risers in OHSAA this season, Owens is one of the few returners from a Euclid program that got an influx of talent with coach Quentin Rogers taking the job. Owens is an impressive athlete who can hit set shots, switch onto guards and block shots as a help-side defender. He isn’t polished enough yet to be recruited at the Division I level, but if you told me in 2-3 years that Owens was making an impact at that level I would not be surprised at all. Fast upward trajectory for the available 2026 forward.

One of the fastest rising seniors in Ohio, Owens looks like a prospect who in 3-4 years will be a totally different player. Moving like a dude latterly, Owens is just so fluid for a prospect of his size. Combine that with a couple rim shaking dunks and the ability to shoot 3-pointers, Owens is a kid who I could see playing at the Division I level way down the line. He still has a lot of room to grow but based on his current upward trajectory, a big year at a post grad or JUCO program could have Owens on a lot of recruiting boards in the near future.

Another northeast Ohio prospect trending in the right direction, Owens had strong performances for Euclid after their team brought in a handful of transfers to help compliment him. Owens shows spot-up shooting, the ability to attack a closeout and fluid movement ability for a prospect of his height. That combination of skills usually ends up figuring things out in the long run. Getting more marquee games with the new look Panthers coached by Quentin Rogers will only push Owens harder and allow him more opportunities to be seen.

A prospect I first watched at Midwest live in Sandusky, Owens has made clear improvements handling the ball and making decisions as a passer. Owens had a couple of nice passes as a driver and got places off the dribble when necessary. Owens was already intriguing due to his floor spacing ability as a big and he once again made shots. Euclid is going to be a hot team to watch in northeast Ohio and Owens is an obvious late blooming breakout candidate.

Richmond Heights head coach Quentin Rogers is now at Euclid and taking over a young and hungry Panthers squad. Owens is one of the key faces of the team as they look to build themselves back as a state powerhouse. With impressive rebounding ability, a high motor and developing offensive skill, Owens is a name to know in northeast Ohio’s 2026 class.
