The teams with the most returning to their line-ups are Prior Lake and Chaska. The Lakers did graduate three of the top four scorers BUT they have [player_tooltip player_id='2459951' first='Colton' last='Gunderson'], [player_tooltip player_id='2126466' first='Kobby' last='Sambrew'], [player_tooltip player_id='2433515' first='Kolby' last='Thompson'], [player_tooltip player_id='2052332' first='Trey' last='Theis'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1560857' first='Zach' last='Christofferson'] back from last year's rotation. You know Gnderson had a good junior year and if you follow Prep Hoops you are aware that Sambrew, Thompson, and Theis all had really good 16u seasons. These guys appear ready for a nice year after a 22 win season from a year ago.

Chaska won half as many games last year (11) but I like what they have back as well. [player_tooltip player_id='2126118' first='Tyler' last='Forrest'] is one of the smartest lead guards in this state. You could make an argument that he is the smartest and there would only be a few names to counter with. He's back as are [player_tooltip player_id='2126143' first='Kalin' last='Jochum'], [player_tooltip player_id='2839785' first='Evan' last='Atkinson'], and [player_tooltip player_id='2113031' first='Eli' last='Herzog'] who all scored between seven and eight points a game last season. I think they can make a nice jump this year.

Some of these other teams are a little tougher to go deep on. Shakopee lost a lot. [player_tooltip player_id='2126458' first='Luke' last='Schroeder'] looks like he is ready for a breakout season and [player_tooltip player_id='2126468' first='Blake' last='Betton'] will help too (and should have 71 football offers by November lol) but the Sabers lost a lot. Chanhassen will have players but they lost so much veteran scoring. Waconia has a new coach and a lot of seniors to replace but they have [player_tooltip player_id='1560741' first='Will' last='Kirsch']. EP lost pieces but they have two really good seniors in [player_tooltip player_id='1560851' first='Hamze' last='Yusuf'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2119596' first='Cooper' last='Fahning'], but they were three games under .500 a season ago.

Then you have Tonka. It feels dumb to pick against them even though they lost four starters, but man has this team been among the best coached. And with [player_tooltip player_id='2121339' first='Anthony' last='Ortiz'] and Caleb Francois back to score, and [player_tooltip player_id='2560540' first='Willie' last='Wright Jr'] ready to step into a big role, I think they will be a pretty good team.
