Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp – 8 Players to Watch, Part 3

Joining the Freshman Showcase as arguably the best event that we put on every year, over 100 of the state's best rising sophomores will put their talent on display in front of our team of scouts. This is an important time to get reevaluated for Class of 2028. We may have seen you last fall at our Freshman Showcase, but outside of the top prospects who played varsity as a freshman, a lot could have changed since our scouts last had a chance to evaluate these young prospects. There is never a shortage of talent at Ben Davis High School and it can be hard for every guy to break through and catch our attention early in their careers. The 6'3"-6'4" guard from New Palestine High School played his way into the rotation as a freshman and now will have a chance to step into a go-to scoring role as a sophomore. We have not had a chance to see him play yet in person, but it is important that he starts to get on the radar heading into his second high school season. Rose excels both on the baseball diamond and basketball hardwood. Among those five talented young prospects, Thomas was the most productive of the bunch averaging 9.1 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per game. Wilson Jr. jumped into the Top 20 of our prospect rankings over the summer due to his incredible athletic tools and well-rounded skill set. Now the Crown Point High School sophomore will put his talents on display against the best of the best in his class from around the state.
