We had the pleasure of attending Jase Coburn's Elite Basketball Camp at Portland State University on Friday. After reviewing some film and consulting with other observers, we have compiled our All-Camp squads. Here is the All-Camp Second Team.

One of the fastest players we saw at the camp was [player_tooltip player_id='1961798' first='Major' last='Williams']. Throughout the day, he continued to impress us with his ability to handle the ball in transition and dish out some assists. Major didn't shy away from contact either as he made some tough drives to the rim. We also appreciated William's composure under pressure, as he consistently made smart plays for his team even when tightly defended.

The best out-of-state prospect goes to Carter Cohen from North Creek HS in Bothell, WA. Cohen, who stands at 6-foot-11, is one of the tallest prospects in the Pacific Northwest. Carter impressed us with his agility for his size and rebounding skills both offensively and defensively. He could also get up and down the court quite well, being a threat for alley-oops in transition. A couple of weeks ago, he received an offer from Portland State after performing well on the Under Armour Circuit with Seattle Select.

Lockhart, ranked #1 in the state for the 2028 class, lived up to the hype as he continued to dominate offensively. He was doing a little bit of everything as he got to the rim with ease, getting some assists and steals as well. Carter also set up his scrimmage teammate [player_tooltip player_id='2375392' first='Kaiden' last='Wilson'] for an off-the-backboard lob dunk that got their team going.

Sincere, a 6-foot combo guard, showcased his ability to score at a high rate. He was constantly knocking down his shots and was a threat from mid-range. Powe could handle the ball as well, making him tough to guard in the half-court. In transition, he made a couple of threading-the-needle-type passes to his teammates that impressed those in attendance.

One of the better shooters we saw at the PSU Camp was [player_tooltip player_id='2539808' first='Ter'rae' last='Foster']. His confidence to put up shots was what stood out about his game. If he got an open look, he was shooting it. In transition, he found himself as one of the primary ball handlers and made shots getting to the rim.
