Lusakueno just announced a transfer from Pace Academy to Woodward Academy, citing the closer location to home as the main reason why. A naturally talented prospect, Lusakueno moves at a different speed and rhythm than other players his age and size. Expect blue blood college programs to stay active recruiting Lusakueno who won a Fiba Gold Medal this summer with Team USA's 16 U group.

Williams was one of the most productive 15 U players on the EYBL circuit, showcasing his polished game as both a scorer and defender. Averaging 22 points and 1.5 steals per game for the [program_tooltip program_id='2078446' first='Georgia' last='Stars'] during the 15 U season. Williams scored 28 points in the 15 U Peach Jam Championship, going 15/16 from the foul line in the game. While Williams and Lusakueno will obviously get compared to each other as the top 2 players in our rankings nationally from the same state, they are very different prospects at the moment.

Hiller was the breakout star of the FIBA 16 U Americup despite being the youngest player on Team USA. Hiller scored 13 PPG on 47% shooting from the field for the Gold medalists. After a strong season at the 15 U level, Hiller played up 17 U and scored 12 PPG on 54% shooting from the floor. College programs have been as busy recruiting Hiller as any 2028 prospect in the country, adding to his offer list last week with Nc State, Louisville and Notre Dame all offering him on the same day.

Dampier's father was a 16-year NBA vet and Dampier Jr is coming off a dominant 15 U season for Alabama Fusion finishing 4th in blocks and first in rebounding for his age group on the EYBL circuit. Already showcasing some intriguing offensive skill beyond just physical dominance, Dampier Jr has a moonball hook shot with his back to the basket and can make straight line attacks off the dribble as well.

One of the top prospects on the Puma Circuit, Touray has next level physical tools for a prospect of his size and age. The mobility defensively at his size makes him a terrorizing defensive prospect with the ability to switch onto guards and block shots at the rim. Intrigued to see how his offensive game continues to develop, Touray dunks everything around the rim and can create his own buckets as an offensive rebounder.

The tallest player in our rankings, Betts has the potential to be one of the best rim running and shot blocking players in the country. With tremendous upside due to how quick Betts can move his feet and turn at his height, he is an extremely fluid athlete who will get tougher to defend as he adds strength and weight to his frame. The nutrition team at IMG Academy could do wonders for him gaining healthy weight and maturing over the next few years.

A flat out winner, Mercer was a part of the FIBA 16 U Americup gold medal squad and ended his summer as the 16 U EYBL champion with Indy Heat. The wing guard makes good decisions with the ball in his hands, spaces the floor and has tremendous defensive ability as well. At the moment, Mercer is more polished that a lot of other wing sized prospects in the 2028 class which separates himself from the pack.

Sheppard had a nice season for Oakland Soldiers, finishing third in EYBL's efficiency ratings for the 15 U age group. Sheppard had three double-doubles in the regular season but finished peach jam with four in five games. Sheppard also averaged over two defensive stocks per game at Peach Jam. California usually boasts some of the best players in the country and Sheppard has separated himself early from other west coast prospects in the 2028 class.

Playing up two grades for All In Elite on the Under Armour circuit, few 2028 prospects are as productive as Diggs is right now. A big Section 7 performance with Millennium high school helped Diggs add offers to Kansas and USC, he also holds offers from high major west coast programs like UCLA, Washington, Oregon, Arizona State and Cal. Teaming up with Cameron Holmes makes Millennium as a marquee high school program to watch on the west coast this season.

Another Under Armour standout, Wilson was named MVP of the Under Armour Future 60. Making the jump to the Cold Hearts of the OTE league, Wilson helped his Florida high school make an elite 8 and state championship game in two varsity seasons. A power athlete from the guard position, Wilson can play above the rim and is a prolific scorer.
