Maybe the most physically dominant player in the 2028 class, Touray was absurd on the Puma circuit last summer and is already dominating in early spring grassroots action for TME. After playing a complimentary role for IMG Academy last season where he was mostly in the game to rebound, protect the rim and score on the interior, Touray is encouraged to show off some more skill with the ball in his hands with TME and learn through mistakes. Getting a balance like that for a player is so crucial as you want them to be playing a role most similar to what they’ll be asked to do in college while still developing their offensive game because those creation skills will come in handy in certain situations at higher levels. Still very early in Touray’s recruitment, his only posted offers on twitter are UNLV, Florida State and Georgia.

-The full range of Touray’s skillset was on display as a skilled W/F prospect that can do a little bit of everything for his team. Touray started things off with B2B wing 3s, chased a guard on a switch from the 3 point line to the rim to block the reverse layup, knocked down a pick n pop 18′, scored on several runouts in transition, hit his opponent with a baseline spin then euro-stepped past the help to score with the finger roll at the rim, hit an AND1 leaner from the post off the window, kept the ball high on a spin move right hand floater off glass, faced up against a forward and swept through to drive right and hit the runner off glass, and even showed the play-making vision with a dime to the backdoor cutter from high post. His instincts defensively to stay down on shot fakes while blocking shots both at the rim and beyond the arc shows the range in his defensive versatility. One of the best lateral movers in the class at his position, always makes a defensive impact regardless of how the offense is flowing on that particular day. Well worth the price of admission.

One of the most dominant physical forces in the 2028 rankings, Touray was a beast in the paint for IMG Academy. Knowing what he is, Touray stays around the paint on both ends of the court and blocks shots, collects offensive rebounds and finishes above the rim. Not many 2028 prospects are producing in the Nike Scholastic league and Touray is showing why he’s regarded as one of the best 2028 prospects in the country.

Touray’s activity as a defender is what shined brightest in their win on Saturday against Bishop McNamara (MD). His ability to cover ground with the combination of his strides and wingspan makes for the closing of passing or windows for finishes around the rim to close quickly. His time on the floor was limited to 10 minutes, but he made the most with a nice stat line of six points, six rebounds and four blocks to attest for his active approach.

One of the top prospects on the Puma Circuit, Touray has next level physical tools for a prospect of his size and age. The mobility defensively at his size makes him a terrorizing defensive prospect with the ability to switch onto guards and block shots at the rim. Intrigued to see how his offensive game continues to develop, Touray dunks everything around the rim and can create his own buckets as an offensive rebounder.
