Our top ranked player in the class, Hiller might be the most skilled player regardless of class offensively. With excellent positional size for his position, Hiller has put on good weight and has the strength to play through contact even against older competition on the EYBL circuit. Hiller had an impressive session I with PSA Cardinals as his perimeter shot making was on full display. Hoping to see Hiller make a lead as a playmaker for others throughout this EYBL season as he draws so much defensive attention with the ball in his hands. Hiller's older brother is a five star offensive lineman and recently committed to Florida. Hiller holds offers from a handful of top high major programs already but with college coaches unable to directly contact Hiller until mid June, there's still so much time for programs to get in the mix for his recruitment.

Williams is regarded as the number one national prospect on a few other national rankings websites and for good reason. The wing is a knockdown shooter with the positional size and athleticism to be an impact defender and slasher. I caught Williams at Session I of EYBL and he stood out with his two way impact, perimeter shot-making and efficiency. Williams certainly looks the part of a five star, top ranked player in the country with his frame, athleticism and perimeter shooting and will be a prospect top programs in the country fight for on the recruiting trail.

Maybe the most physically dominant player in the 2028 class, Touray was absurd on the Puma circuit last summer and is already dominating in early spring grassroots action for TME. After playing a complimentary role for IMG Academy last season where he was mostly in the game to rebound, protect the rim and score on the interior, Touray is encouraged to show off some more skill with the ball in his hands with TME and learn through mistakes. Getting a balance like that for a player is so crucial as you want them to be playing a role most similar to what they'll be asked to do in college while still developing their offensive game because those creation skills will come in handy in certain situations at higher levels. Still very early in Touray's recruitment, his only posted offers on twitter are UNLV, Florida State and Georgia.

The tallest player in our national rankings, Betts carries on a family legacy as his older sister Lauren just won the NCAA championship with UCLA and was drafted fourth in the WNBA draft. Dylan has similar height advantages over just about anybody he plays against as his length and rim protection are obvious traits that you cannot teach. I thought Betts looked confident at each Team USA minicamps I was able to see him at, getting experience playing against some older and stronger talent. After watching him be a monster in the paint on the 3SSB circuit at 15 U, Betts is now rolling with Legynds 16 U on the EYBL circuit alongside some other top talent in the 2028 class. Exciting prospect to track who Prep Hoops is currently higher on than the rest of the industry, with most other places have him currently around 10th in the country.

One of the top prospects on the 3SSB circuit regardless of class, Rose led 99OVR to the 15 U championship at Rock Hill last summer and was arguably the most productive 16 U prospect in session I out in California. Rose has good positional size for a combo guard who can play on or off the basketball and creates so much efficient offense either for himself or teammates with his combination of ball handling, pace, passing and shooting touch. Rose also projects as a solid defender at the next level with good defensive stocks creation and defensive rebounding rates for a primary initiator from the guard position. Rivals also has Rose in their top 10 rankings and it wouldn't surprise me to see other websites follow with Rose as a top 10 prospect in the 2028 class.
