A strong lead guard, Elmahmoud helped lead Edgewater to two wins on Saturday at LakePoint. The 6’0 rising junior showed his ability to get downhill and make plays in the lane. He displayed his athleticism and proved to be able to finish at the rim. Elmahmoud also sees the floor and is able to find open teammates when the defense collpases.

This strong-bodied PG put together one heck of a weekend for his Edgewater squad. Elmahmoud has elite handles and is very smart with the ball, he has great court vision and always seems to find the open man. Elmahmoud can beat you off the dribble and attack the basket, where he has the ability to finish through contact, or pull up from mid-range where he shoots it a very high rate. The rising junior is a tremendous all-around player, and acts as a floor general when he’s on the court.
