Kentucky Elite Camp Superlatives

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>50 campers traveled from all over the state to Asbury on Saturday to compete in the second annual Kentucky Elite Camp. Players from Murray all the way to Hazard made the trip and even had players from Michigan and Ohio in the gym. Harmon had the fastest and second fastest times in the 3/4 quart sprint and had the second highest vertical jump at 36.3 inches. On Saturday, Hillerich went through some dominant stretches and was one of the best players at camp. He had a few folks in the gym tossing around term like "Power 5" and "high major". Delimpo has an opportunity to be a heavy rotation player for a Great Crossing team that needs scoring after losing a ton off the state title roster. A unanimous selection as an all star, Miles flashes a ton of long term potential. A very underrated athlete, Stricklin is explosive in the open court. He's also a good shooter and confident ball handler. Just a pure shooter, Marshall was the unanimous pick for best shooter at camp and impressed all the camp coaches with his ability to torch the nets all day long. Path forward, Caleb will have to get stronger and be more than just a shooter but he has time to develop. But that's because he does so much for his team. The arguments against him are becoming fewer and fewer as he has become a much better shooter and is one of the best athletes to come through Kentucky lately.
