Pacers
[player_tooltip player_id='1561965' first='Joseph' last='Daly'], 6-6, Sr., F, New London
Daly proved to be one the truly elite players at the WBY Camp. His ability to score in so many different ways was a huge asset for the Pacers, but so, too, was his stellar passing ability. And defensively, Daly gave 110 percent effort in defending the rim and going strong for rebounds. The returning co-Player of the Year in the Bay Conference is one of the better class of 2026 prospects in the state due to his size, skill and feel for the game.

Cavaliers
[player_tooltip player_id='2406291' first='Nicholas' last='Jacob'], 6-1, Sr., PG, Oregon
One of the more pleasant surprises at the WBY Camp, Jacob was a stellar leader for the Cavaliers' squad. He scored with confidence with his three-point shot and also did a solid job of getting into the lane and kicking the ball out to open shooters. On defense, Jacob was able to use his length and quickness to make things difficult on opposing guards. As a junior at Oregon, Jacob averaged 7.8 ppg.

Knicks
[player_tooltip player_id='2502918' first='Will' last='Krueger'], 6-4, Jr., G, De Pere
Krueger shot the ball at crazy high level at the WBY Camp. He swished three after three and made some back-breaking triples when teams made runs at the Knicks. Krueger, though, is far more than just a shooter. He has good size and length, very good athleticism and impressive basketball instincts. He is a very good teammate and passer, and lets the game come to him without forcing the issue.

Wolves
[player_tooltip player_id='2495043' first='Andrew' last='Braun'], 6-1, Sr., G, Madison Memorial
Braun helped his team win the championship at the WBY Camp with his relentless aggressiveness. He consistently attacked the basket, made big three-point shots, and crashed the offensive glass. He simply played with more intensity and passion than others for all three days of the event. Braun is a gym rat who loves the game and enjoys competing. Look for him to make a significant contribution to a very good Madison Memorial squad in 2025-26.

Thunder
[player_tooltip player_id='2399057' first='Cooper' last='Borowicz'], 6-3, Jr., PG, [program_tooltip program_id='2829078' first='West' last='De Pere']
A player on the rise in the 2027 class, Borowicz is a skilled point guard with size, length and a good feel for the game. He can hurt opponents with his shooting, his passing and his defense. Borowicz took his game to a new level over the spring with the [program_tooltip program_id='2512324' first='Wisconsin' last='Legends'], and he's now excelling in the summer at the WBY Camp and with his [program_tooltip program_id='2829078' first='West' last='De Pere'] teammates.

Warriors
[player_tooltip player_id='1561904' first='Luke' last='Bauer'], 6-5, Sr., SF, New Berlin Eisenhower
When you constantly move on the basketball court, good things usually happen. Bauer's movement on offense had opponents chasing him out to the perimeter and into the paint. He used a good first step to get to the basket and was also able to knock down some perimeter shots. Bauer's versatility on defense was outstanding as well as he was able to guard bigs near the basket and go outside to guard wings outside the three-point arc.

Hustle Award Winners

Pacers
[player_tooltip player_id='2509452' first='Vander' last='Truax'], 6-5, Jr., G/F, D.C. Everest
Truax, simply put, is a basketball player. His size, strength and skill make it difficult for opponents to stay in front when he gets downhill going to the basket. Truax's energy and activity were high all three days at Viterbo, and his unselfishness and productivity helped his squad win the majority of its games.

Cavaliers
[player_tooltip player_id='2387053' first='Ryan' last='Dalhoe'], 6-3, Jr., G/F, New London
Dalhoe is a wing who can score from deep or use his size and physicality to get hoops near the basket. Dalhoe's big-play mentality helped the Cavaliers win some games, and his ability to take advantage of his versatility was a big plus for his team. Dalhoe, Daly and [player_tooltip player_id='2919599' first='Brett' last='Marquardt'] form a solid trio for a New London squad looking to make some noise in the Bay Conference next winter.

Knicks
[player_tooltip player_id='2121317' first='Taylor' last='Williams'], 6-1, Sr., PG, Lancaster
Not afraid to sacrifice his body for the betterment of his team, Williams affects the game with his quickness, his athleticism and his never-ending energy. Williams plays with constant effort and is most effective driving to the basket to either finish or draw fouls. Williams was on the floor a lot in La Crosse, diving for loose balls, getting knocked to the ground on drives to the hoop and giving all-out effort on the glass.

Wolves
[player_tooltip player_id='2818779' first='Keith' last='Nurnberg'], 6-1, Sr., G, Badger
Looks can be deceiving when it comes to effectiveness on the basketball court. While Nurnberg might look more like a fullback for the Badgers' football team, his plan on the hardwood was very impressive at the WBY Camp. His steady pace, physical strength and ability to score over taller defenders baffled opponents. He knows how to get into people and create space for his jumper or on his drives to the basket.

Thunder
[player_tooltip player_id='2140897' first='Carson' last='Samson'], 6-0, Jr., PG, [program_tooltip program_id='2829078' first='West' last='De Pere']
With Samson and classmate [player_tooltip player_id='2399057' first='Cooper' last='Borowicz'] in the Phantoms' backcourt the next two seasons -- not to mention 2027 standout forward [player_tooltip player_id='2140983' first='Tref' last='Rademaker'] (6-9) on the frontline -- coach Todd Deschane can rest easy knowing his guards will take care of the ball, deliver timely assists and knock down big shots late in the game. Samson did all of those things and more at the WBY Camp. His ball handling, decision making, hustle and steady play were impressive all three days of the camp.

Warriors
[player_tooltip player_id='2140990' first='Wesley' last='DeNoble-Winkel'], 5-11, Jr., PG, Ashwaubenon
The Fox River Classic Conference had an abundance of very good players at the WBY Camp -- Krueger, Borowicz, Samson, [player_tooltip player_id='2140868' first='AJ' last='Hendricks'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2140873' first='Austin' last='Hendricks'] of Notre Dame, among others. Count DeNoble-Winkel among those standouts from the FRCC as well. A hustle player who competed on every possession, DeNoble-Winkel was able to score, distribute and defend as one the top players on the Warriors' squad.

Three-Point Shooting Competition

Senior forward [player_tooltip player_id='1561965' first='Joseph' last='Daly'] (6-6) of New London made 10 three-point shots in 45 seconds to beat senior guard [player_tooltip player_id='2415164' first='Brody' last='Skates'] (6-2) of Badger and junior guard [player_tooltip player_id='2140873' first='Austin' last='Hendricks'] (6-1) of Notre Dame in the finals of the three-point competition. Every player in camp took part in the contest, but Daly swished one more triple than both Skates and Hendricks in the finals to become champion.

Three-On-Three Champions

Senior guard [player_tooltip player_id='1561955' first='Joey' last='Carini'] (6-0) of Oak Creek swished a three-point shot for the game winner to lead his squad to the title in the WBY Camp Three-on-Three competition. Joining Carini on the winning team were senior guard [player_tooltip player_id='2636875' first='Noah' last='Daniel'] (6-0) of Oak Creek, senior guard [player_tooltip player_id='2495043' first='Andrew' last='Braun'] (6-1) of Madison Memorial and senior guard [player_tooltip player_id='2406291' first='Nicholas' last='Jacob'] (6-1) of Oregon. That foursome defeated the squad of senior forward [player_tooltip player_id='1561965' first='Joseph' last='Daly'] (6-6) of New London, junior wing [player_tooltip player_id='2387053' first='Ryan' last='Dalhoe'] (6-3) of New London, senior guard [player_tooltip player_id='2919599' first='Brett' last='Marquardt'] (5-11) of New London and senior guard [player_tooltip player_id='1561933' first='Alex' last='Berget'] (5-11) of Holmen in the finals.
