Now that the high school season is over and a new crop of state champions have been crowned at Gainbridge Fieldhouse it is time to look back and put a bow on the 2024-2025 season. Part of doing that is handing out our Prep Hoops Indiana awards. We will highlight All-State teams for each class, then again on a statewide basis, before announcing our 2024-2025 Prep Hoops Indiana Player of the Year. Let's now take a look at the top players from this past season in Class 4A.

Prep Hoops Indiana Class 4A First Team All-State

Ertel turned his game up to another level in the tournament leading the Marauders to a Semi-State appearance. The Class of 2026 Purdue commit averaged 22.7 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 4.0 assists per game while shooting an impressive 73-163 (44.8%) from three-point range.

Arguably the most explosive guard in the state of Indiana, this sophomore led Fishers in scoring and assists this season averaging 14.5 points and 5.3 assists per game. Gardner was part of one of the country's best backcourts this season that helped lead the Tigers to 43 consecutive wins before falling in the State Finals to Jeffersonville.

It certainly makes sense that the Prep Hoops Indiana Class of 2025 #1 Prospect would also be the Prep Hoops Indiana Class 4A Player of the Year. Mullins averaged an incredible 32.9 points, 7.2 rebounds, 4.2 assists, and 3.7 steals per game while posting shooting splits of 65.0%/47.6%/87.9%. Greenfield-Central finished 87-15 in his four year career. Mullins will continue his career at UConn.

With the incredible history of talent that has come through the Lawrence North Basketball program finishing as the all-time leading scorer is quite the accomplishment. That is what Robinson gets to boast now. The Butler signee averaged 19.3 points, 3.2 rebounds, 4.9 assists, and 2.2 steals per game as a senior while leading the Wildcats to a second straight Semi-State.

Once Singleton returned from injury, Jeffersonville was a different team. They were 6-5 to begin the season, but then did not lose again on their way to cutting down the nets at Gainbridge Fieldhouse as Class 4A State Champions. The 6'8" forward averaged 18.2 points, 6.9 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game for the Red Devils. Singleton is signed to play at Northwestern.

Prep Hoops Indiana Class 4A Second Team All-State

Barnes has led Fort Wayne Wayne to a lot of winning in his career. Named an Indiana All-Star and signed to play at the University of Indianapolis, Barnes averaged 15.7 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.9 assists, and 1.8 steals per game.

Cooper led Jeffersonville in scoring at 18.7 points per game as the Red Devils went on to win the Class 4A State Championship.
