<p>Rainier Beach began the season as the favorites and finished it out as the top team in the 3A. There were plenty of high-drama moments throughout the 3A tournament as well as some big performances from a deep field of teams. After watching each game and going through stats, here are my picks for the 3A All-State Tournament teams.</p>
