Expert Analysis
Ryan Morgan | Prep Hoops Scout
Smith is an energetic guard who plays with pace and a hardworking mentality. That mindset resulted in a win for Bellevue and helped the 6-foot-1 guard make a big impact on the glass (14 rebounds) to go along with some dishing (five assists), defense (three steals), and tough finishing through traffic at the hoop (nine points) to lead the Wolverines to the win over Liberty.

Smith is an impact two-way point guard who played the pick and roll really well offensively. He’s got the vision and IQ to hit all the passing windows but also has the hangtime and body control to effectively finish around bodies in the paint. He’s a defender that will challenge the ball each time down and there’s a big-time athlete in his 6-foot-1 frame.
