White moves back into the top spot after a really strong Sophomore season. Davier is a big time shooter who is a quicker first step away from being a high major recruit at the SG position. Assuming he stays in Kentucky, look for Davier to continue to be a top guard in the entire state, regardless of class.

Ferlandas slips a spot back to number 2 in this update. No one in the class has more long term upside than Wright and he could end up with high major offers in the not too distant future. A stretch big at 6'7, Ferlandas has nice touch on his shot but has started to drift towards the "tweener" label as he plays the 5 spot most of the time in high school. I'd like to see him play alongside a true Center.

Gay has been one of the most effective two way prospects in the class to this point with his ability to be switchable on defense and scoring at all levels on offense. Possibly the most explosive athlete in the top 5, Montez's biggest hurdle is getting his motor running at all times as he has stretches where he can disappear on the court for a few minutes here and there.

Jack is a big wing shooter who knocked down 38% of his three pointer this season and is effective at taking advantage of smaller defenders or getting to the rim against a bigger opponent. Logsdon has to continue to develop on the defensive end as coaches will want to see him comfortably guard his position on that end of the floor.

Perhaps the biggest sleeper in the state, I'm amazed the Langhi doesn't hold multiple D1 offers already. A big wing (and still growing), Matthew can get to the rim and is comfortable running offense with the ball in his hands. With a big AAU season, Langhi could shoot up this list.

Braxton excels at putting the ball in the hole and was the leading scorer in the state this season, averaging over 34 points per game. Because of where he plays high school ball, I look forward to seeing how Keathley plays with more talent around him during AAU. If he can be as good of a playmaker as he is a scorer, he's going to be a big time talent.

Tyce remains one of the most high potential players in this class and it looks like the light is coming on for him. If he can straighten out his shooting from deep (only 28% this season) then Jarvis has the tools to be a big time talent, especially once he falls in love with the weight room.

Starks, like Newport as a whole, had an up and down year this year. He's got all the tools and great positional size but posted shooting splits of 49-30-59 so he has room to improve for sure. Like Jarvis, if Griffin can learn to love the weight room and add some bulk to his frame, he's going to be a real problem for opposing schools in the 9th region.

Another big time scorer, Brown put up 27 points per game and is, for my money, the best 1 on 1 bucket getter in the 27 class. Ja'Rye, like others on this list, should be a better evaluation in the AAU setting this spring and summer when he has more talent around him and can be more of a distributor.
