6. Hartford -- The mental and physical toughness of the players in the Hartford program is equal or better than any other program in the league. That is a testament to the stellar job coach Chris Smith has done in establishing a good culture. It's also a compliment to the hard work the players in the program put in each spring/summer/fall.
