Who will be at The Expo in Minnesota on Sunday? And who are we excited to see among the 140 plus juniors and seniors? Here is a quick rundown!

These are talented players that we really want to see where they are at right now (in addition to the new names we hope to discover at this event!)

Guards to Know.

[player_tooltip player_id='1574223' first='CJ' last='Armstrong'] of Richfield (Sr). This season Armstrong and [player_tooltip player_id='1574216' first='Azayah' last='Washington'] are going to be talked about often in the same conversations. This weekend will be the first time where we see them potentially going head to head as scorers. Armstrong is a scholarship level scorer looking for the right opportunity.

[player_tooltip player_id='1617786' first='Nigel' last='Caldwell'] of Park Center (Sr). Caldwell was a good Hylander role player and it seems as if he will be an explosive scoring guard/combo guard option for the Pirates as a senior.

[player_tooltip player_id='1572691' first='Jaleel' last='Donley'] of BSM (Sr). Donley will be one of the most explosive players at the event and one of the overall best players that will be at the Expo.

[player_tooltip player_id='1560824' first='Deangelo' last='Dungey'] of Breck (Jr). A two year contributor at Breck, Dungey started on a title team last season and then played really well for Select in the spring/summer.

[player_tooltip player_id='1560839' first='Xavier' last='Frelix'] of Park Center (Jr). Frelix is one of the better shooters/scorers in Minnesota's junior class and this is a chance for Frelix to show that he's an elite upperclassmen in the state.

[player_tooltip player_id='2103381' first='Marcus' last='Horton'] of Bloomington Jefferson (Sr). Horton scored 18.5 points per game as a junior last year and is one of the more under appreciated guys out there that will score 20ppg in the Metro this winter.

[player_tooltip player_id='1560760' first='Kyler' last='Pust'] (Jr). The talented Rebels lead guard that had a good year with the Titans, Pust will be one of the better junior guards.

[player_tooltip player_id='1559916' first='Korde' last='Roseman'] of Brainerd (Sr). Korde scored 13 a game last year shooting 37 percent at the arc, 85 percent at the foul line and nearly 50 percent from the field. Good numbers.

[player_tooltip player_id='2175462' first='Joshua' last='Sokeye'] of Heritage Christian (Sr). Sokeye scored 18 points a game last year leading his team to state. Let's see what he can do against some of the state's better guards.

[player_tooltip player_id='2447261' first='Brayden' last='Strum'] of Springfield (Sr). Brayden is one of the better unknown outstate names. He had a strong junior year and has Springfield thinking State.

[player_tooltip player_id='1574216' first='Azayah' last='Washington'] of St. Cloud Apollo (Sr). Washington is a D1 caliber player from the past that has been a victim of the transfer age. NSIC teams are getting involved which is excellent as that is full scholarship opportunities too. Azayah will be a top prospect at the event.

Wings/Fowards to Know.

Avandre Brandt of Staples-Motley (Jr). One of the tougher, agile, consistent players that we missed on with the 2026 update and he should be there, Brandt is a top 50, 75 kid. He will be at the Expo this weekend.

[player_tooltip player_id='1874863' first='Izayah' last='Cook'] of Sauk Rapids-Rice (Soph). It lists Cook as a junior for this event although I believe he will be a sophomore unless something changed. Either way, he's a player with a lot of potential at 6'5.

[player_tooltip player_id='2124212' first='Jaylen' last='Goergen'] of Tartan (Jr). Jaylen had an outstanding 16u season with Powerhouse and now we see how he does entering his junior year.

[player_tooltip player_id='1560740' first='Dothan' last='Ijadimbola'] of Totino-Grace (Jr). Dothan is getting closer to 100 percent for the first time in nine months and it will be fun to see how he is doing this weekend.

[player_tooltip player_id='1574215' first='Abu' last='Keita'] of Park Center (Sr). Abu surely had one of the best summers of any player in Minnesota and he recently was offered by Bemidi State. He will look to carry that momentum into this event as an explosive scoring wing.

[player_tooltip player_id='1560744' first='Evan' last='Miller'] of DeLaSalle (Jr). Evan is a steady, skilled wing from the Islanders that is looking to take the next step as a consistent producer at a top school.

[player_tooltip player_id='1574214' first='Temi' last='Omotoyinbo'] of Park Center (Sr). Temi was playing like a Trevor Mbakwe in a wing's body this past summer and it was fun to watch as he ran the floor, boarded, and dunked often. I expect that to happen at the Expo as well.

Bigs to Know.

[player_tooltip player_id='2119585' first='Luther' last='Bunge'] of Totino-Grace (Sr). Luther might end up being the toughest rebounder and paint player at this event. Watch for multiple double-doubles.

[player_tooltip player_id='2466467' first='Lance' last='Janson'] of Hermantown (Sr). Lance put up some good numbers for Hermantown last year at 6'7 and it will be interesting to see how he competes this weekend.

[player_tooltip player_id='2175461' first='Joren' last='Olson'] of Watertown-Mayer (Sr). Joren is the biggest player at the event and he took some steps forward as a junior. At 6'10 he will be the top shot blocking option at the Expo.
