Joren looks like he is continuing to improve and he turned in a nice showing at The Expo. He stands at 6’10” and is able to use that size to make a difference in the paint. He is a great interior defensive presence to have, picking up some blocks, as well as easily snagging contested rebounds over opponents. On Sunday, Olson mainly stuck out to me with his ability to shoot the ball, finding a ton of success in the mid-range.
Joren was the tallest player on the floor in the one matchup I saw, as he stands at 6-foot-10. The junior forward impressed me the most with his defending and rebounding. He dominated the boards on both sides of the ball, being able to reach over opponents for rebounds. He picked up multiple blocks as well, going straight up and sending shots back. Olson also had some finishes inside, maintaining composure when faced with traffic.
