The explosive 918 guard joins 405 standout Tyson Pogi Tyson Pogi 5’11” | PG Mustang | 2027 State OK as part of the backcourt for a talented MOKAN group. Mitchell has the combination of strength, explosiveness and ballhandling ability to seemingly get wherever he wants on the court. He excels with a high energy, bully ball right game right now. But his continuing development as an unselfish creator elevates his longterm ceiling and will help him thrive against tough national competition in Indianapolis at Nike’s EYBL stop
Duffie is a premier shooter, already with great size for either guard spot. This spring so far he has settled well into a floor spacing weapon next to two dynamic lead guards for Team Griffin in 2027 Dallas Lowe Dallas Lowe 6’0″ | SG Cascia Hall | 2027 State OK and 2028 David Douglass. With good size to aid him as a finisher around the rim, and tough defense, the Casica Hall Commando has rarely made a wrong step or mistake during a busy spring. He’ll be in Indianapolis this weekend on the Nike EYBL Circuit.
Highlights
One of the highest upside freshman prospects, he’s a taller guard with flashes of being a creator and playmaker for his teammates. He’s showing signs this spring of his athleticism coming in, which would make him a smooth guard capable of getting where he wants on the court, with the burst to turn the corner when needed. Mason is currently running with Southern Assault, facing high level competition on the Adidas 3SSB circuit in Bryan, Texas.
A quick and tricky lead guard, Nash was the catalyst for last year’s GTH Boom City squad that was one of the top 8th grade teams in the country. Because of the efforts of Nash and his teammates, they now play at the 3SSB level in Bryan, Texas this weekend. With quality competition, expect the 918 guard to make strides this spring and summer.
Team Trae Young ‘s 15U based squad has been one of the most successful 15U teams in the region. It’s a squad filled with heady and talented guards, who simply know how to play. One of the leaders of the bunch is the Kellyville Pony, who started on a Class 3A State Tournament squad. He fits perfectly into this balanced group, with the occasional three pointer, keeping the ball moving and contributions to winning. Buckley and his northeast Oklahoma based teammates will get a chance to continue to their winning ways at the Recruit Look event in Kansas City.
