Likely the largest stock riser this season, largely due to opportunity, Praytor has shown value through his modern style of play. Efficient knocking down attempts beyond the arc, he is not fazed by incoming closeouts, complemented by a high release point on spot-up attempts. Especially mobile at his size, he is a headache for opposing drivers, constantly rotating over early to swat away shots or maintain his position at the point of attack.

Another significant riser of late, the athletic forward has been a pest on the glass all while solidifying himself as the top prospect in the Western Slope. An elite rebounder on both ends, his quick jump combined with above average strength makes him a matchup nightmare for opponents not capable of minimizing his impact.

Sparks brings strength and discipline defending the interior, keeping his arms up to mitigate a shot while not fouling the opponent. Active roaming around the interior for dump off passes, his two-way impact has been vital to Legend’s successful start to the season. Sparks remains one of the class’s high volume shot blockers, taking it upon himself to anchor the interior.

Bringing in a high IQ, Contreras remains one of those guards who makes your life a lot easier as a coach. With incredibly quick processing speeds, his alertness on defense is utilized through movement into the paint for charges or intercepting a pass. Quick at the point of attack, he is a pest on the defensive end, certainly playing bigger than one might think at his size.

Bakken is always on the prowl for steals, excellent reading the opponents for their next decision. Leading 6A 2025s in the steals per game, the guard brings an endless motor that has aided this group in quite a few extra possessions on the season.

One of the state’s most energetic perimeter, Rhoades-Martinez has been a thorn in the side of opponents for years. Still among the leaders in assists and steals per game, the point guard is adept at reading the floor to convert steals into quality looks for himself or teammates.

Johnson is another high volume shot blocker and rebounder, this time from the Colorado Springs region. Bringing a consistent motor on the glass, the forward stays strong in the paint to retain position on rebounds. Consistent rotating on help side, Johnson’s wide reach deters plenty of opposing drivers or alters shot attempts at the basket.

Given Valor’s fairly small offensive centric lineups, Wynja holds a lot of responsibility anchoring the paint for rebounds. A sturdy forward who often takes on larger matchups, he has no easy task at hand. Constantly roaming around for loose balls, his impact has granted Valor with plenty of second chance opportunties for their array of perimeter shotmakers.

Every team needs gritty defenders, Stewart has embodied that through the course of Mullen’s start ot the season. Always active hustling for loose balls or intercepting a pass, he is assertive on the defensive side. Currently among the leaders in 6A 2025s for steals per game, his effort has paid off handedly.
