Continue ReadingToday we will be taking a look at some players that caught my eye from the mayhem tournament. These are the players that need to be on the radar moving forward this summer.
Haubert is a player that will be on the radar all summer as he is a high energy guard that can go get a bucket. He was able to knockdown the 3 ball and at times was able to extend out hitting from deep. He was a pest on defense being in the passing lanes and playing good on-ball defense.
Highlights
Postorino was able to be the point of attack defender, pressing up past half court and slowing down the opposing offense. He was able to knockdown the 3 ball and make the defense pay when they did not close out properly.
Matchem was able to provide a spark off of the bench with his ability to knockdown the 3 ball. He was able to help on the defensive end by closing out and forcing the offense into bad shots.
Dufner was a player with a nice jumper and was able to get going early knocking down some midrange shots and then extending out behind the arc. He has fast feet and is able to get over quickly in help side, cutting off the lane and then getting back to his man.
Highlights
Hernandez was lighting it up from behind the arc and making the defense pay for leaving him open. He has a quick release and was getting open looks when the defense was being too slow when closing out.
Cook was a high energy guard that was able to create off of the dribble and get into the paint finish at the rim. He was a pest on the defensive end playing the passing lanes and getting out quickly in transition. Will be a player to add to the radar this summer circuit.

Ethan Tesman
Tesman was a pest on the defensive end being able to get his hands in the passing lanes and get out in transition. He was able to create off of the dribble and got his teammates some good looks kicking it out on drives.
Barrett Garver
Barrett Garver
Garver was able to create a spark by being able to knockdown the 3 ball when the defense didn’t close out. He was able to use his handle to get into the paint and score at the rim. He was able to battle down low in the post and help crash the boards.
