1. Will Garlock Will Garlock 6'11" | C Middleton | 2025 State #204 Nation WI (Middleton)
Garlock holds a handful of power-five scholarship offers going into his junior season. At 6-foot-10 and still growing, Garlock is arguably the most mobile center/power forward in this class. You just don’t see kids his size able to move laterally or slash from the perimeter like Garlock very often. His floor is a high quality interior defender, rebounder, and shot blocker. The offensive skillset is coming along. Garlock is competent with his back to the basket and is slowly improving his mid-range/3-point jumper. Garlock has No. 3-5 overall potential in this loaded 2025 class.
2. Gavin Gores Gavin Gores 6'10" | PF Cumberland | 2025 State WI (Cumberland)
It’s tough to really put a ranking on Gores right now. Where he is now and where he’s going to be might be two completely different things. Holding an early Division 1 offer, Gores is trending in the right direction, but still nowhere near his high ceiling.
3. Andrew Rader Andrew Rader 6'10" | PF Notre Dame Academy | 2025 State WI (Notre Dame)
Coming off injury, don’t forget about Rader this winter. The 6-foot-10 center was very good in the Nike EYBL coming off his freshman season. Rader averaged nine points and five rebounds per game for a senior-laden Notre Dame squad. A good blend of size, strength, and mobility, Rader is able to control the paint on both ends of the floor.

4. Ayden Phillips Ayden Phillips 6'7" | PF Almond-Bancroft | 2025 State WI (Almond-Bancroft)
While he’s undersized at 6-foot-4, Phillips is extremely effective. Just a workhorse, Phillips led Almond-Bancroft to a 20-6 season, averaging 20 points and 11 rebounds per game. A physically strong forward with some added skill around the rim, Phillips is a good-looking back-to-the-basket presence. He’s got some added length as well, allowing him to play bigger than his size.

5. Maddox Cornette Maddox Cornette 6'7" | PF Bay Port | 2025 State WI (Bay Port)
Cornett should break out for Bay Port this winter now that their roster has cleared out. The 6-foot-7 forward averaged four points, three rebounds, and just over one assist per game as a sophomore as the Pirates were headlined by three college prospects — all seniors. Cornette has a chance to be a mismatch problem. He moves well for 6-foot-7, can handle the ball on the perimeter, and knocked down 21 3-pointers last season. He may be trending more to combo forward status in the future.
6. Liam Lubkeman Liam Lubkeman 6'9" | C Westosha Central | 2025 State WI (Westosha Central)
Lubkerman has terrific size at 6-foot-9. Moving up to the Under Armour Circuit, Lubkeman definitely took his lumps, but will be better off from it in the long run. Starting to emerge last season, Lubkeman averaged seven points, six rebounds, and 1.4 blocks per game for a Falcon squad that went 25-3 and won their league. Lubkeman also shot an impressive 51 percent from the field.
7. Eli Johnson Eli Johnson 6'6" | PF River Falls | 2025 State WI (River Falls)
Johnson gave River Falls nine points per game on 51 percent shooting as a sophomore. The 6-foot-6 forward also grabbed eight boards per outing. Athletically, Johnson really stands out. He’s can be a bulldog inside that scores with power, but you watch him defend and move around on the floor, Johnson also has some added athleticism. Talk about a guy that can get it done with power or finesse, Johnson has some underrated value at the next level.
8. Carter Koch Carter Koch 6'5" | PF Oconto | 2025 State WI (Oconto)
Koch is coming off a nice sophomore season in which he averaged 15 points, seven rebounds, and four assists per game for a 15-7 Oconto squad. The 6-foot-5 forward can do a little bit of everything on the floor and has positional versatility defensively. If something’s going on, Koch is generally in the middle of it. Really like the slashing and attacking ability around the rim. Kock might be a bit undersized, but he’s skilled in traffic, plays with a high motor, and can score with either hand.
