This Northern Iowa commit played well over the two game I took in. At 6’8″ and his physical stature he can be a bully on the inside and then hit the three on the parameter. When paired up against Rogers he never backed down once. He showed a variety of moves to finish from a wing position that had you impressed with the smoothness. I think that there is more to come from this one and he is not near his potential. This DePere squad is a favorite for the division one state title once again and could very well come down to him carrying them on his back. That is certainly not meant as a slight to anyone else on this very talented roster, just a mention of how good he is and then when it comes to crunch time, you go to your big to score.

Will Hornseth Will Hornseth 6'8" | PF De Pere | 2024 State #208 Nation WI has had a very good high school career. He and his DePere teammates went undefeated and won a state championship last year. Additionally, they look to be very competitive again this year and could very well repeat. Along with him, other returning contributors would be Wisconsin commit Zach Kinsiger and then Pryce Gregoire Pryce Gregoire 6'6" | SF De Pere | 2025 State WI . Finally, if you look at where a player was and where he is now there is hardly anthor player that has developed as much as Will has. He has played a role with DePere, but if you look at him through a scout’s eye he is really talented, can do a lot of different things, and has not reached his ceiling.

Why he could win:rnDePere could win it all again and go back-to-back, he has had a solid career, good scholar athlete.
